After the Board approved the 2022 Audited Financial Statements ("2022 AFS") of the Company on May 2, 2023, there were changes made prior to the finalization and release of the 2022 AFS. Accordingly, the 2022 AFS was presented again for approval to the Board of Directors and in the meeting held today, May 12, 2023, the Board approved the release of the 2022 AFS.
