On 23 March 2023, the Board of Directors approved the amendment of Article VII, Section 1 of the By-Laws in order to indicate "Shell Pilipinas Corporation" in the Corporate Seal. On 09 May 2023, stockholders representing at least 74.67% of the total and issued outstanding capital likewise approved the said amendment to the By-Laws.
