Background/Description of the Disclosure
On March 22, 2024, the Corporation declared special cash dividends of P2.00 per common share to be sourced from the unappropriated retained earnings of the Corporation for the period as of December 31, 2023. In order to avoid doubt in determining the stockholders entitled to cash dividends considering that April 10, 2024 was declared a holiday (Eid'l Fitr), the Record Date for the Corporation's special cash dividend is move to April 11, 2024. The Payment Date shall remain the same, April 19, 2024.
