Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, in its regular meeting today, approved the promotion of Mr. Adrian S. Ching, Chief Trader – Markets from First Vice President to Senior Vice President effective March 19, 2024. Before joining EW, Mr. Ching was the Associate Director for FX Structuring at Standard Chartered Bank and Head of Derivatives Trading at Security Bank, with 16 years of combined impressive experience. He was hired in January 2018 with rank of Vice President, Chief Trader and was promoted to First Vice President in January 2019. As over-all in charge of Markets group, Adrian is accountable for the performance of the Bank’s FX and Domestic Debt Trading Desk and Derivatives Desk. His team is also responsible for new product development.
