By virtue of the foregoing information, PLC requests for voluntary suspension of the trading of its shares at The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. during all trading hours of March 20, 2024 to allow the investing public ample opportunity to absorb and consider/assess any material information which may be disclosed by BEL after its Board meeting involving the tender offer on PLC.
