MRC Updates with the disclosure dated January 08, 2024, the approval of the subscription of BITSTAR PRIME HOLDINGS INC. shares of stock.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
We write in connection with our PSE Disclosure 4-30 Material Information/Transactions dated January 08, 2024, for the approval of the Board of Directors for the subscription of up to 75,000,000 shares of stock of BITSTAR PRIME HOLDINGS INC. Please be informed that BITSTAR PRIME requested to hold in abeyance the subscription transaction with MRC to allow the former to accommodate the requirements of other interested investors. In the meantime, MRC and BITSTAR PRIME are discussing other strategies for business cooperation in relation to the latter’s ICT projects. MRC will inform the exchange of any subsequent developments on the matter.
