The Board of Directors of Victorias Milling Company, Inc. in its Board meeting today, March 4, 2024, approved the Declaration of Cash Dividends from the Corporation's unrestricted retained earnings as of 31 August 2023 as follows: (a) P0.05 per share as regular dividends and (b) P0.07 per share as special dividends; payable on April 12, 2024 to all shareholders of record date which is March 18, 2024.
