Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that the Company is announcing the retirement of Mr. Jose Lucio R. Mendoza, Vice President, Head of Light Industry Division, effective March 1, 2024. The Company’s Light Industry Division will be combined with the Electromechanical Division, headed by Mr. Glenn F. Villasenor, Senior Vice President, and will now be a single business unit referred to as the Heavy and Light Industry Divisions. Facilities Management and Safety Department will report to Mr. Earl Jason R. Vistro, Senior Vice President, Assets and Supply Chain Management Division. Ms. Anna P. Figuera, Senior Vice President, Contracts Division, will also concurrently serve as the Company’s Head of Commercial Division. Mr. Victor G. Perez, Vice President, Treasury, will also concurrently serve as Head of Logistics Division.
