Audited financial statements of the Company for the year 2023; 2. Declaration of regular cash dividends of Ten Centavos (Php 0.10) per share for a total dividend payment to its common shareholders of approximately Php89.5 Million payable on March 26, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2024.
