At the meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (the “Corporation”) approved the appointment of Ms. Maria Cristina C. Gotianun as Chief Sustainability Officer, effective immediately. This appointment underscores the importance the Corporation places on integrating sustainable practices across all levels of its operations. In addition to her new responsibilities as Chief Sustainability Officer, Ms. Gotianun will continue to serve in her current roles as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
