Ladies and Gentlemen:

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of BDO Unibank, Inc. (BDO Unibank), at its regular meeting held on February 24, 2024, approved the following:

1. Appointment of MR. MANUEL PATRICIO C. MALABANAN, Senior Vice President, as Trust Officer of the Bank, effective February 1,2024, subject to BSP confirmation. Mr. Malabanan will be replacing Mr. Rafael G. Ayuste, Jr., who retired effective February 1, 2024.

2. Appointment of MR. MALABANAN as a member of the Trust Committee following his appointment as the Bank's Trust Officer retroactive February 1,2024 and the new composition of the Bank's Trust Committee for the remainder of the term 2023-2024, as follows:

Mr. Alejandro has more than 28 years of work experience in the banking industry. He was Vice President for Asia Regional Internal Audit Team of lNG Bank N.V. from March 2016 to December 2022. He also worked with Citibank N.A. in various capacities from December 1996 to March 2016. Previous to that, he was with Banco Santander Philippines, Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank from August 1995 to December 1996. Mr. Alejandro is a Certified Public Accountant and a Charter Financial Analyst Level 1 passer. He graduated with a double degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics at the De La Salle University. He holds a Master's Degree (Master of Science in Computational Finance), with High Distinction, at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business.
