Background/Description of the Disclosure
We are advising the SEC, PSE and the investing public that Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP), a joint venture of MacroAsia Corporation and Lufthansa Technik AG, in its regular board meeting today, 23 February 2024, has declared USD 20 million cash dividend payable on or before February 29, 2024 to MacroAsia Corporation (49%) and Lufthansa Technik AG (51%). MacroAsia’s share in this dividend declaration is USD 9,800,000.
