Background/Description of the Disclosure
Notice is hereby given to The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE” or the “Exchange”), the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (“PDEx”), and the public that the leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (“CLI” or the “Company”) received today, 14 February 2024, the Philippine Competition Commission (“PCC”) Certification dated 06 February 2024 which provides PCC Clearance for the proposed joint venture between CLI and NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd. (“NTT”) for the development and management of an upscale residential high-rise condominium project at the Cebu I.T. Park in Cebu City. The PCC clearance is one of the regulatory requirements for the incorporation and establishment of CLI NUD Ventures, Inc., the joint venture company between CLI and NTT.
