Please be informed that during its regular meeting held this afternoon, 07 February 2024, the Board of Directors of China Banking Corporation (the "Bank") took up and approved the secondment of MR. JAYDEE P. CAPARAS, First Vice President II of Bank subsidiary China Bank Savings, Inc. (CBSI), to the Bank as Special Projects Officer to be assigned under the Bank's Business Development Support Division, Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer, from 16 February 2024 to 15 February 2025. Mr. Caparas, 50, has nearly 30 years of banking experience. He joined CBSI in 2019 as National Sales Director for the Branch Banking Group and became the Retail Banking Group Head before he handled Special Projects. A Certified Public Accountant, he obtained his degrees in Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy and Masters in Business Administration from San Sebastian College.
