(the “Company”) of up to 10,000,000 Preferred Shares – Series B and Series C with an oversubscription option of 5,000,000 Preferred Shares (the “Offer”), the Company will hold a Briefing for the PSE trading participants on 07 February 2024 at 3:30pm via videoconference to outline the guidelines and process for the Offer. NOTICE: The presentation is only for PSE Trading Participants.
