Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be advised that on January 30, 2024 the Board of Directors of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (RRHI) approved the appointment of Mr. Josemaria D. Catanghal as the new Chief Information Officer of RRHI. Mr. Catanghal joined the Robinsons Retail Group as IT Group Manager for Project Management and was subsequently appointed AVP for Project Management and SAP Delivery Head in 2018. In 2022, he oversaw the Project Management Office and SAP Delivery, IT infrastructure and store support, and IT supply chain operations. He has an extensive 17-year career in IT. Prior to joining the Robinsons Retail Group, he worked in various IT consulting firms such as Hewlett Packard (now called DXC), Accenture, and Indra Philippines Inc. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University. Mr. Catanghal does not own any RRHI shares.
