Background/Description of the Disclosure

RFM Corporation CEO Jose Ma. A. Concepcion III disclosed that preliminary unaudited 2023 sales expanded 7% to Php20.7B supported by sales growth in milk, pasta, flour, ice cream and bread segments. Preliminary unaudited net income for 2023 grew 14% to Php1.2B from Php1.07B in 2022 as margins rebounded from better cost of raw materials like wheat and milk.
