(the Corporation) held today, January 17, 2024 the Board approved the amendment of the corporate name in the by-laws of the Corporation to: WILCON DEPOT, INC. doing business under the name and style of WILCON DEPOT, WILCON HOME ESSENTIALS, DO IT WILCON and BARGAIN CENTER BY: WILCON DEPOT (Formerly, WILCON DEPOT, INC. doing business under the name and style of WILCON DEPOT and WILCON HOME ESSENTIALS) to align with the approved amended AOI of the Corporation. The said amendment shall be presented to the stockholders for approval in the annual stockholders’ meeting (ASM). Date of ASM to be announced.
