At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Wilcon Depot, Inc. (the Corporation) held today, 17 January 2024, the Board approved the amendment of the articles of incorporation (Article II), primary purpose of the Corporation to include agricultural tools and equipment, pesticides, fertilizers. The said amendment shall be presented to the stockholders for approval in the annual stockholders’ meeting (ASM). Date of ASM to be announced.
