On January 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of Basic Energy Corporation (the Company), in its Special Board Meeting, approved the following: authorizing the listing of its 450,000,000 common shares with the Philippine Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”), subject to compliance with the rules and regulations of the Exchange, and appointed its President as its authorized signatory for all documents required for the listing of the subject shares.
