The summary of qualifications and business experiences of the appointed officer are as follows: • Ms. Fernandez graduated from Miriam College (Katipunan, Quezon City) with the course Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has a master's degree in Business Administration (Regis Program) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business (Rockwell Drive, Makati City). • She started her banking career at Planter's Development Bank as an Account Assistant/Loan Coordinator in April 2008 to July 2010. • She was a Universal Account Officer/Administrative Officer at South Luzon Lending (SME Banking Group) from January 2011 to June 2012; became Deputy Head/Senior Assistant Manager; and was appointed Officer-in-Charge/Department Head/Manager from April 1, 2014 to December 17, 2015; from December 18, 2015 to March 31, 2018 she was Manager-Senior Manager. • She was Assistant Vice President for China Bank Savings, Inc. from April 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019. • From August 13, 2019 to March 30, 2020 she was Assistant Vice President at East West Banking Corporation. • She served as Senior Assistant Vice President at Malayan Savings Bank, Inc; as SME Loans Head from May 18, 2020 to July 31, 2022; as Lending Group Head from August 1, 2022 to September 2023; and as Traditional Market Segment Head from October 2023 to December 7, 2023.
