At the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held on 14 December 2023, the Board approved the amendment of Article 11.4 (e) of the Corporation’s Manual on Corporate Governance on the rotation of external auditors to read as follows: “The external auditor and/or the signing partner of the external auditing firm assigned to the Company shall be rotated or changed in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Regulation Code on the Rotation of External Auditors and its implementing regulations; and”
