Please be advised that, Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. (“TUGS”) will terminate the services of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (“RCBC”) through its Stock Transfer Department as TUGS’s Stock Transfer Agent effective 31 December 2023, and will engage RCBC Trust Corporation as TUGS’s new Stock Transfer Agent effective 01 January 2024, following RCBC’s spin-off of its Trust and Investments Group into a stand-alone trust corporation (RCBC Trust Corporation).
Other Relevant Information
The change of TUGS's Stock Transfer Agent shall be subject to confirmation and ratification of the Board of Directors during its regular meeting on 15 December 2023.
