At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Wilcon Depot, Inc. (the Corporation) on 22 February 2023, the Board approved the amendment of the articles of incorporation (Article I) of the Corporation to include DO IT WILCON and BARGAIN CENTER BY: WILCON DEPOT in its trade name/business name. At the annual stockholders’ meeting held today, the stockholders ratified the amendment of the articles of incorporation (Article I – corporate name) of the Corporation.
