Background/Description of the Disclosure
On March 18, 2022 Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (the "Corporation") disclosed to the Exchange the issuance of the Mineral Production and Sharing Agreement (MPSA No. 352-2022-VI) dated March 10, 2022 by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in favor of the Corporation. Today, November 13, 2023, the Corporation received the Order dated September 29, 2023 from the DENR granting the assignment of rights and obligations over the MPSA in favor of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Semirara Materials and Resources, Inc. (formerly named, Semirara Claystone, Inc.).
