Background/Description of the Disclosure
The board of directors of Jollibee Foods Corporation approved in its meeting held on November 10, 2023 the declaration of a regular cash dividend of Php1.23 per share of common stock for all shareholders of record as of November 24, 2023 (ex-dividend date of November 23, 2023). This will bring JFC’s regular cash dividend to a total of Php2.30 per share in 2023, the same amount declared and paid in 2022. Payment date will be on December 11, 2023.
