Background/Description of the Disclosure
On November 8, 2023, the Board of Directors (“Board”) approves the Shares Buy-back Program of Five Hundred Million Pesos (Php500,000,000.00) for a period of two (2) years from its board approval, or until November 7, 2025. The buyback program shall be executed in the open market through the trading facility of the Philippine Stock Exchange. Repurchased shares shall be booked as treasury shares.
