(PLC) in its meeting held today, October 26, 2023, approved the additional equity investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinophil Leisure and Resorts Corporation (SLRC), up to Three Billion Pesos (₱3,000,000,000.00) involving the subscription of common shares to be issued out of the existing unissued capital stock and the increase in the authorized capital stock of SLRC.
