Please be advised that our Board of Directors at its regular hyflex meeting held today, 24 October 2023 at 3:30 p.m. in which a quorum was present throughout, unanimously approved the declaration of cash dividend in the amount of P0.035 per share from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of 31 December 2022, to all stockholders of record as of 10 November 2023 and which shall be paid on 27 November 2023.
