Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that Omico Kapital Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omico Corporation which was established in October 1996, has availed of the Amnesty granted by the SEC as per Memorandum Circular No. 2 Series of 2023 for non-filing and late filing of SEC reportorial requirements. Relative to this, Omico Kapital Corporation has paid to the SEC the amount of PhP132,500.00, based on the SEC assessment of accumulated fines, corresponding to the availment of the said SEC Amnesty.
