Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in its meeting held last October 10, 2023, favorably considered the Registration Statement of the Company subject to compliance with the required submissions as stated in the Commission’s Pre-Effective Letter (the Letter) dated October 10, 2023. On October 19, 2023, the Company has complied with the requirements and conditions stated in the Letter. Thus, the Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale and SEC MSRD Order No. 59, Series of 2023, dated October 19, 2023, were issued in favor of the Company. Attached is a copy of the SEC Form 17C together with the Certificate of Permit to Offer and the SEC MSRD Order.
