Background/Description of the Disclosure
We would like to update the Exchange that the case filed against Mr. Augusto M. Cosio and Bernard B. Rabanzo as disclosed last 28 July 2023 was DISMISSED on 02 October 2023. Although MRC Allied Inc. is not a party to the case, we are glad that the parties therein are able to reach an amicable settlement for the DISMISSAL of the same.
