Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Board of Directors accepts the retirement of Ferdinand Del Prado effective December 31, 2023. Mr. Del Prado is a Senior Vice President and the Head of the Commercial Division and a stalwart member of the executive team. He has generously dedicated his life in service to the Company for the past 41 years. Over the years, he oversaw the expansion of EEI as a premier diversified construction company with international reach. The Board wishes him well, good health, and continued success in his new endeavors.
