RESULTS OF AUCTION OF DELINQUENT SHARES 12 SEPTERMBER 2023
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that Basic Energy Corporation (the “Corporation”) held a public auction today for the Corporation’s 450,000,000 delinquent shares at the Corporation’s principal office address at GM Bldg., 240 EDSA, Barangay Wack Wack, Greenhills North, Mandaluyong City at ten o’clock in the morning (the “Public Auction”). The Public Auction was conducted by the lawyers of Puyat Jacinto & Santos Law Office. All 450,000,000 shares were successfully bid and sold to Ecology Energy Corporation at the bid price of 0.2888 per share. A Notice of Award has been accordingly issued to the winning bidder. Execution of the respective subscription agreement, issuance of shares in the name of the winning bidder, and filing of the application for listing of said shares will follow accordingly.
