The Board of Directors of Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., has declared cash dividends equivalent to 10% of 2022 Parent Net Income available for distribution in the amount of Php124,084,793.90. Details of the cash dividends declaration as follows: Type of Share: Common Dividend Per Share: Php0.01129481 Record Date: 28 July 2023 Payment Date: 23 August 2023. The cash dividends were declared from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2022.
