The completion and closing of the subscription by Far East Holdings, Inc. ("FEHI") to 45,000,000 Common Shares of the Company (the "Subject Shares") occurred on 30 June 2023. As a result thereof, the Subject Shares were issued by the Company in the name of FEHI on even date. Mr. Ang owns 100% of FEHI.
