Background/Description of the Disclosure
Further to the disclosures of the Company on 01 June 2023 and 07 June 2023, the Company hereby reports the completion and closing of the subscription by FEHI to the Subject Shares on 30 June 2023. As such, the Subject Shares were likewise issued by the Company in the name of FEHI on 30 June 2023.
