Ms. Junalina S. Tabor has retired from the company effective end of business today, June 30, 2023. In a meeting held today, the Corporation's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ruben P. Lozada as Chief Risk Officer effective July 1, 2023, concurrent with his position of Vice President for Mining Operations and Resident Manager. Mr. Joseph D. Susa was likewise appointed as the Corporation’s Compliance Officer effective July 1, 2023, in addition to his current role as Corporate Governance Manager, Data Protection Officer and Information Security Manager.
