In relation to BPI’s declaration of property dividends consisting of 406,179,276 common shares of BPI held in treasury (“Property Dividend”), to be distributed to all eligible stockholders of BPI as of record date of March 29, 2023, please be advised that the Securities and Exchange Commission issued the Certificate of Filing the Notice of Property Dividend Declaration on 13 June 2023. BPI will make appropriate disclosures on the Payment Date (to be determined by the management of BPI) and will release additional details on the actual distribution of the Property Dividend, net of applicable final withholding tax, in due course.
